TrimSpa Dosage

The TrimSpa dosage the manufacturer recommends will vary depending on the particular TrimSpa product used. Many of the TrimSpa products contain caffeine or other stimulants. If you already consume a large amount of caffeine, you may want to take a lower TrimSpa dosage. Also, if you experience side effects, such as jitteriness or insomnia, you might want to lower your TrimSpa dosage.

 

An Introduction to TrimSpa Dosage

Each TrimSpa® product has a different recommended dose. As always, do not increase your TrimSpa dosage unless your healthcare provider specifically instructs you to do so.
 

TrimSpa Chocolate Hoodia Supplement Dosing

For this TrimSpa product, the manufacturer recommends taking six pieces throughout the day as needed to control your appetite. The manufacturer also recommends that you drink plenty of water while taking this product.
 

TrimSpa X32 Dosing

For TrimSpa X32 (as well as TrimSpa X32 Rapid Release), the recommended dose is four capsules total per day -- two capsules in the morning, one capsule at midday, and one capsule in the evening. The lowest recommended dose is three capsules per day, and the maximum recommended dose is six capsules per day.
 

TrimSpa Energy Dosing

For TrimSpa Energy, the manufacturer recommends four tablets total per day -- two in the morning, one at midday, and one in the evening. Each dose should be taken with eight ounces of water. If you are sensitive to caffeine, it is recommended that you do not exceed three tablets per day.
 

TrimSpa Ultra Dosing

The recommended TrimSpa Ultra dose is one tablet three times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
