TrimSpa and BreastfeedingAlthough no studies have been done on TrimSpa and breastfeeding, it is generally recommended to avoid TrimSpa when nursing a child. This is partly because TrimSpa products are known to contain stimulants, which could cause problems (such as poor sleeping, irritability, and a decreased appetite) in a breastfed infant. Because every woman's situation is different, it's best to discuss the benefits and risks of TrimSpa and breastfeeding with your healthcare provider.
