Relacore®, a non-prescription weight loss supplement, is available in two forms: original Relacore and Relacore PM (for nighttime). The products claim to cause significant weight loss (especially "belly fat") by reducing cortisol, a stress hormone. However, there is a lack of scientific evidence to support the claim that Relacore is safe and effective for this use. Possible side effects may include nausea, heartburn, and sexual problem.
