Relacore® is a weight loss supplement that is available in two forms: original Relacore and Relacore PM (for nighttime). These products claim to cause significant weight loss (especially "belly fat") by reducing the level of a stress hormone called cortisol. However, Relacore has not been adequately studied, and there is a lack of scientific evidence supporting a conclusion that Relacore is effective for weight loss. Prior to taking it, tell your healthcare provider if you have certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, a bleeding disorder, or any allergies.
