Relacore® is an over-the-counter supplement used for weight loss. It comes in an original and nighttime formula, and contains numerous vitamins and compounds. Relacore products claim to cause significant weight loss (especially loss of belly fat) by reducing the level of the "stress hormone" cortisol. Potential side effects include nausea or vomiting, insomnia, and heartburn. It is important to know that there is currently a lack of scientific evidence to support a conclusion that Relacore is indeed effective for weight loss.
