At this time, the recommended dose of Relacore for weight loss is one capsule three times daily. If you choose to use Relacore PM, the recommended dose is two capsules before bedtime. If you use both products together, use Relacore PM to replace the last daily dose of regular Relacore (in other words, take one Relacore capsule twice daily, followed by two Relacore PM capsules in the evening).
