No adequate studies have been done on Relacore and pregnancy to determine whether it is safe to take when pregnant. However, most of the ingredients in Relacore have not been shown to be safe for use during pregnancy. Because of this, it is a good idea for pregnant women to avoid Relacore. Pregnancy is a time for increased caloric intake, not a time for dieting.

Relacore^® is a weight loss supplement that claims to work by decreasing stress and lowering cortisol levels. It contains a large number of different active ingredients. Most of these ingredients have not been shown to be safe for use during pregnancy.

Is Relacore Safe During Pregnancy?

It is not known if Relacore is safe for pregnant women (or for people, in general, as it has not been adequately studied). Because so little is known about the risks of using Relacore products during pregnancy, and because of the lack of clear benefit from taking Relacore, it is probably a good idea for pregnant women to avoid these products. In addition, pregnancy is a time of increased caloric intake and nutritional need, not usually a time to be dieting or trying to lose weight.
