Relacore® is a weight loss supplement that is available over-the-counter. It claims to cause significant weight loss (especially "belly fat") by reducing the levels of a certain stress hormone called cortisol. However, Relacore has not been adequately studied to determine its safety or effectiveness. It comes in two formulations: original Relacore and Relacore PM (for nighttime). Possible side effects include liver damage, vomiting, and sexual problems.
