Who Should Not Take Orlistat?

You should not take orlistat if you:
 
  • Are allergic to orlistat, Alli, Xenical, or any inactive components used to make the medication
     
  • Have a medical condition that decreases your ability to absorb food
     
  • Have cholestasis (a liver or gallbladder disorder involving a blockage of bile flow)
     
  • Are not overweight.
