Weight Loss Home > CortiSlim Dosage

For people trying to lose weight with CortiSlim, dosing guidelines will vary based on the particular product used. Because many CortiSlim products contain caffeine or other stimulants, it may be a good idea to take less than the recommended CortiSlim dose if you already consume a large amount of caffeine.

An Introduction to CortiSlim Dosage

The recommended dose of CortiSlim® will vary depending on the particular CortiSlim product you take. As always, do not adjust your CortiSlim dose unless your healthcare provider specifically instructs you to do so.

Original CortiSlim Dosing

For original CortiSlim, the manufacturer recommends a starting dose of one capsule twice daily (with breakfast and lunch). An "advanced dosage" of two capsules per meal (up to two to three times daily), up to a maximum of six capsules daily, is also listed on the package instructions.

CortiSlim Burn Dosing

The manufacturer recommends a CortiSlim Burn™ dose of two capsules twice daily (at breakfast and lunch), with a glass of water (with or without food). Each two-capsule dose of CortiSlim Burn contains 200 mg of caffeine. For people who are sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants, a lower dosage (one capsule twice daily) is recommended.

CortiSlim Control Dosing

For CortiSlim Control™, the manufacturer recommends three capsules with 8 to 16 ounces of water two times daily, 30 to 60 minutes before meals.

CortiSlim Energy Punch Dosing

The manufacturer of CortiSlim Energy Punch™ provides only vague dosing instructions, recommending one chewable tablet "as needed." The best dose for this product is not known.
