Weight Loss Home > Apple Cider Vinager

Were you looking for information about Apple Cider Vinegar? Apple cider vinager is a common misspelling of apple cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar supposedly helps people to lose weight, lower cholesterol, and clear up acne. However, it is not known if the product is actually effective, as it has not been adequately studied. It is also not known if apple cider vinegar is safe to take. The vinegar is probably safe to use in cooking, but taking it in large quantities may cause problems for some people.

One of the possible side effects of this product is stomach upset (due to the acid content). There have also been reports that the tablet form can cause throat burns, since the product is quite acidic. Be sure to talk to your healthcare provider before taking this product if you have difficulty swallowing, ulcers, heartburn, or any allergies.
