Lipozene Drug Interactions
If diabetes medications or oral medications are taken with Lipozene, drug interactions may occur. These interactions can affect your blood sugar or delay or decrease the absorption of medicines into your bloodstream. Since Lipozene drug interactions are not fully understood, talk to your healthcare provider before starting treatment about any interactions that may apply to you.
Lipozene™ can potentially interact with a number of other medicines. Some of the medicines that may lead to Lipozene drug interactions include:
- Diabetes medications
- Oral medications (any medicine taken by mouth).
The following sections explain in detail the potentially negative interactions that can occur when Lipozene is combined with any of the drugs listed above.
Since Lipozene may decrease blood sugar, your healthcare provider may recommend that you monitor your blood sugar more often when starting or stopping Lipozene, or when changing your Lipozene dosage. Your healthcare provider may also need to adjust the dose of your diabetes medications.
Lipozene may delay or decrease the absorption of medications into your bloodstream. In general, people are often advised to take other medications at least one hour before or four hours after taking Lipozene in order to avoid drug interactions.
It is possible that not all Lipozene drug interactions were discussed in this article. Therefore, you should talk with your pharmacist or healthcare provider about the specific drug interactions that may apply to you.
