How Does It Work?It is not known how (or even if) Lipovarin works for weight loss. Bitter orange is a stimulant that is often used in weight loss supplements to replace ephedra, since it was banned due to safety concerns. However, there is no evidence that bitter orange is any safer than ephedra. Caffeine, green tea, and metabromine fruit extract (which is really just cocoa, as in chocolate) also may act as stimulants. It is not clear how (or if) the other active ingredients work for weight loss. In fact, it is not clear what exactly the active ingredients are, since different sources list different active ingredients.
Is It Effective? There is a lack of scientific evidence supporting a conclusion that Lipovarin is effective for weight loss. No adequate research studies have been performed and published using the product for weight loss.
