An Introduction to Bontril Drug InteractionsBontril® (phendimetrazine tartrate) can potentially interact with a few other medicines. Some of the medicines that may lead to Bontril drug interactions include:
- Diabetes medications
- Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), such as:
- Sodium bicarbonate medications (not food products)
- Stimulants or any other medications that suppress the appetite
- Tricyclic antidepressants, such as:
- Tromethamine (THAM®).
