Apple Cider Viniger

Apple cider vinegar supposedly improves acne, lowers cholesterol, and helps people lose weight. However, the validity of these claims is unsupported by clinical studies, so it is not known if apple cider vinegar is safe or effective for these uses. It is also not known what side effects may occur from taking apple cider vinegar. There have been reports of the tablet form causing throat burns, because apple cider vinegar is quite acidic. Also, the acid content might cause some stomach upset.
